Common use of Union Notice Board Clause in Contracts

Union Notice Board. The Employer shall provide one (1) bulletin board for use by the Union to post notices of Union meetings and/or social events. No such notice shall contain any content which is immoral, illegal or discriminatory in nature.

(a) The Employer shall provide one (1) bulletin board for use by the Union to post notices notice(s) of Union meetings meeting(s) and/or social eventsevent(s); the content(s) of any such notice(s) to be limited strictly to providing the aforesaid information.
