Common use of Union Membership Rescission Clause in Contracts

Union Membership Rescission. Union members requesting to rescind membership and membership rights in the Union shall make such request in writing to the Union, following the Union’s constitution and bylaws, and any and all relevant conditions, policies and procedures. Providing such conditions have been met, the Union shall inform the District of such employee’s non-member status consistent with the notification section of this Agreement, specifically Dues and COPE Deduction below.
