UNION MEMBERSHIP AND CHECKOFF. 6.01 Both the Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination or intimidation of any sort practiced by either representatives of the management or representatives of the Union because of membership or non-membership in the Union. There shall be no discrimination against any employee on account of sex, race, creed, or national origin. The Union agrees that no Union member will conduct Union activities on the premises of the Employer except as specifically permitted by this Agreement.
