Common use of Union Grievance Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Grievance Committee. The Corporation will recognize a committee consisting of the Unit Chairperson plus any three (3) regular employees and the Business Representative of the Local and/or an International Representative as the Grievance Committee of the Union. The Corporation will deal with said committee on all matters, which are properly the subject of a grievance.
