Common use of Union Education Fund Clause in Contracts

Union Education Fund. The Employer shall contribute each month to the CLAC Education Fund, three cents (3¢) per hour worked by every employee, to a maximum of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00) for each facility under this Agreement, in each calendar year. Such contributions shall be remitted with, and in the same manner as union dues, as described in Article 6.04.
