Union Activity During Working Hours. Employees shall be allowed necessary and reasonable time off with pay during working hours to attend committee meetings, negotiations and other necessary and reasonable activities so long as they have been established by this Agreement, and/or other meetings called or agreed to by the Employer if such employees are entitled or required to attend such meetings by virtue of being participants.
