Common use of Uncertified Absence Clause in Contracts

Uncertified Absence. More than seven (7) days of uncertified absence within the calendar year shall be charged as sick leave without pay.

Uncertified Absence. More than seven (7) 7 days of accumulated uncertified absence within the calendar year shall be charged as sick leave without pay.

Uncertified Absence. More than seven three (73) days of uncertified absence absences within the calendar year shall be charged as sick leave without pay.

Uncertified Absence. More than seven five (75) days of accumulated uncertified absence absence, within the calendar year year, shall be charged as sick leave without pay.
