Unavailability of Screen Rate. (a) Interpolated Screen Rate: If no Screen Rate is available for LIBOR for the Interest Period of the Loan or any part of the Loan, the applicable LIBOR shall be the Interpolated Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of the Loan or that part of the Loan.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or any other Finance Document, if the Facility Agent determines (which determination shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive) or the Borrower or the Required Lenders notify the Facility Agent (with, in the case of the Required Lenders, a copy to Borrower) that the Borrower or the Required Lenders (as applicable) have determined that:
Unavailability of Screen Rate. 14.1.1 If no Screen Rate is available for EURIBOR, LIBOR, XXXXXX or NIBOR (as applicable) for the Interest Period of a Loan, the applicable EURIBOR, LIBOR, XXXXXX or NIBOR shall be the Interpolated Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan.
Unavailability of Screen Rate. 12.1.1 Interpolated Screen Rate If no Screen Rate is available for JIBAR for the Interest Period of a Loan, the applicable JIBAR shall be the Interpolated Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan.

Unavailability of Screen Rate. 11.1.1 If no Screen Rate is available for JIBAR for (i) ZAR or (ii) the Interest Period of a Loan, the applicable JIBAR shall be the Reference Bank Rate as of noon on the Quotation Day and for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan.

(a) Interpolated Screen Rate: If at or about noon on the Quotation Day for the relevant period, the Screen Rate for EIBOR for the relevant period is not available, the applicable EIBOR shall be the Interpolated Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the relevant period.
