LIBO Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.
Relevant Screen Rate means (a) with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in CAD, the CAD Screen Rate, (b) with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in Euros, the EURIBO Screen Rate and (c) with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in AUD, the AUD Screen Rate.
LIBOR Screen Rate means the LIBOR quote on the applicable screen page the Administrative Agent designates to determine LIBOR (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).
Term SOFR Screen Rate means the forward-looking SOFR term rate administered by CME (or any successor administrator satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) and published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).
Screen Rate shall have the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.
CDOR Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of the term “CDOR Rate”.
Interpolated Screen Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Loan denominated in any currency for any Interest Period, a rate per annum which results from interpolating on a linear basis between (a) the applicable Screen Rate for the longest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is shorter than such Interest Period and (b) the applicable Screen Rate for the shortest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is longer than such Interest Period, in each case as of approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the Quotation Day.
Screen Rate Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined and the Reference Rate specified in the applicable Final Terms is not XXXXX or SOFR, the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period will, subject as provided below, be either:
USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.
Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.
Applicable LIBOR Margin means a per annum rate of interest payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate on LIBOR Rate Loans, determined by reference to Section 1.6.
Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).
USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.
LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, LIBOR as of that day that would be applicable for a LIBOR Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central time for such day (rather than 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period as otherwise provided in the definition of “LIBOR”), or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day. The LIBOR Market Index Rate shall be determined on a daily basis.
Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:
Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters screen LIBOR01 page or LIBOR02 page, as specified in applicable pricing supplement, on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service (or any successor service) (or any replacement page or pages on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service or any successor service on which London interbank rates of major banks for the relevant index currency are displayed).
Adjusted LIBOR means, for any Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, a rate per annum determined in accordance with the following formula: Adjusted LIBOR = LIBOR
Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.
Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.
Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.
Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:
Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin I 52.50 II 62.50 III 72.50 IV 82.50 V 92.50
FX Screen Page means the FX Screen Page as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):
Reuters Screen LIBO Page The display designated as page "LIBO" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace such LIBO page on that service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks.
Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.
