Unanticipated Needs. Unanticipated scheduling needs are defined as assignments or the equivalent added or changed after enrollment starts. The District shall make every effort that these last minute unanticipated scheduling needs and changes are handled equitably among adjunct professors based on student needs and assigned based on seniority whenever possible. The District shall maintain records of scheduling based on unanticipated needs.
