MSEA. SEIU shall have exclusive rights to payroll deduction of membership dues, service fees, and premiums for current MSEA-SEIU spon- sored insurance programs. Deductions for other programs may be mutually agreed to by the parties.
MSEA. SEIU shall indemnify and hold the State harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders or judgments brought or issued against the State as the result of the action taken or not taken by the State under the provisions of this Article.
MSEA. SEIU shall indemnify and hold the Trustees harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders or judgments brought or issued against the Trustees as the result of the action taken or not taken by the Trustees under the provision of this Article.
MSEA. SEIU shall promptly notify the State of any validly executed membership application or request to drop membership.
MSEA. SEIU shall provide the Authority annually its schedule of area caucuses and Annual Membership meeting as soon as prepared.
MSEA. SEIU agrees to continue its policy to admit all members to membership and to represent all members without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age, physical or mental disability.
MSEA. For the purposes of administering this Agreement, the terms "Association", "MSEA" and "Exclusive Representative" shall mean the Minnesota School Employees Association or its designated representatives.
MSEA. SEIU agrees to support any programs required to meet the health and safety needs of employees.
MSEA. SEIU agrees to reimburse the Authority for any additional costs and expenses incurred by the Authority in connection with such meetings, including reimbursement for any damage to property of the Authority.
MSEA. SEIU shall not unreasonably deny the choice of such non-religious charitable organization suggested by the employee.
