Common use of UM EAP Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

UM EAP Advisory Committee. The Union, CUPE 3909, shall be entitled to name one (1) representative to the UM EAP Advisory Committee. Said representative shall sit on behalf of both Units of CUPE 3909, i.e. said representative will represent both Unit 1 (CUPE-TA Unit) and Unit 2 (CUPE-Sessional Unit).
