Treatment/Rehabilitation Costs. Treatment and rehabilitation costs arising out of the member's use of such services shall be paid for by the member's insurance program, subject to any deductible, co-payment and policy limits under the member's insurance program. Members will be allowed to use their accrued and earned leave (vacation, sick leave, or comp time) or take an unpaid leave of absence for the necessary time off involved in a rehabilitation program. Other than as specified in this Section or required by law, the City shall have no obligation to pay for or insure treatment or rehabilitation.
