Trash, Rubbish and Nuisances. (a) No trash, garbage, rubbish or debris of any kind shall be dumped, placed or permitted to accumulate upon any portion of the Property nor shall any nuisance or odors be permitted to exist or operate upon or arise from any Lot which would render any portion thereof unsanitary, unsightly, offensive or detrimental to persons using, occupying or owning any other Lots. Noxious or offensive activities shall not be carried on in or from any Lot or in any part of the Common Areas, and each Owner and Occupant shall refrain from any act or use of a Lot which could cause disorderly, unsightly or unkempt conditions, result in the cancellation of or increase in insurance coverage or premiums for any portion of the Property or be in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation or requirement of any Governmental Authority. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no horns, whistles, bells, speakers or other sound devices, other than reasonable security and fire alarm devices used exclusively for such purposes, shall be located, used or placed upon any Lot. Any Owner or Occupant or any of the respective family members, guests, invitees, servants, agents, employees or contractors of such Owner or Occupant who dumps, places or allows trash or debris to accumulate on his or her Lot or on any other portion of the Property shall be liable to the Association for all costs incurred by the Association to remove the same.

  • Nuisances Tenant shall not perform any acts or carry on any practice which may injure the demised premises or be a nuisance or menace to other tenants in the Shopping Center.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Garbage The Concessionaire will contract directly with the service provider for adequate dumpster capacity and wildlife resistance. The Department must pre- approve the location of dumpsters and frequency of pick-ups. The Concessionaire will provide recycle bins for use by Park visitors.

  • Rubbish Please note that the blue top bin is for recycling and all other rubbish should be placed in black bin liners in the other bin for collection. Bins should be put out on Sunday evenings for an early Monday morning collection. Any bin that has not been put out will be the responsibility of the Guest to dispose of the rubbish. The Council will not collect any loose rubbish that is not inside a black bin liner. See above note re dog mess and nappies.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Nuisance Company will not commit any nuisance, waste, or injury on the Airport and will not do or permit to be done anything that may result in the creation, commission or maintenance of such nuisance, waste, or injury.

  • MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR; RULES Tenant will, at its sole expense, keep and maintain the Premises and appurtenances in good and sanitary condition and repair during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall:

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Watering C.10.1. The Contractor shall water lawns, flowers, shrubs, and trees to provide for moisture penetration to a depth of 7 centimeters. If natural precipitation is sufficient to fulfill this requirement, the Contractor may request the COR's permission to suspend watering to avoid too much water in the soil.
