Transmission Scheduling Sample Clauses

Transmission Scheduling. The Parties shall schedule power and energy to be delivered hereunder to a directly interconnected System in such amounts that the difference between the quantities scheduled in opposite directions shall not exceed the available capacity of the interconnecting transmission lines and associated facilities. When such power and energy is to be delivered through such interconnected System to other Systems, it shall be so designated at the time of the scheduling.
