Transition Subcommittee. (a) The Parties shall, within 180 days following Financial Close, establish a transition subcommittee of the Works Committee (the “Transition Subcommittee”) consisting of 3 representatives of each Party. The Transition Advisor shall be entitled to, but not required to, attend meetings of the Transition Subcommittee. Members of the Transition Subcommittee may invite, on prior notice to all members, such other advisors and consultants as they require from time to time to attend meetings and provide briefings to the Transition Subcommittee.

Transition Subcommittee. (a) The Parties shall, at least 18 months prior to the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date, establish a transition subcommittee of the Works Committee (the “Transition Subcommittee”) consisting of 3 representatives of the CTC and 3 representatives of Project Co, one of which shall be the Transition Advisor.   • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement. The Liaison will meet at least twice per year.
