TRAINING TO QUALIFY. Whenever the Company determines that employee training will be feasible, appropriate, and necessary to qualify employees to perform the new or changed work resulting from new technology introduction, such training programs will include the Union Grievance/Negotiating Committee's appropriate recommendations. The Company shall first offer training to senior employees in the classification affected by new technology.
