TRAINING AND SCHOOLS. 31.1 The City shall provide training for bargaining unit employees consistent with the requirements established by the State of Ohio.
TRAINING AND SCHOOLS. 32.1 Bargaining unit Employees shall receive a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours of training or instruction annually via a modular type (monitor - t.v.) training program or an equivalent program. This twenty-four (24) hours of training does not include firing range qualification time.
