Training and Executive Board Meetings. Union delegates will be allowed time off without pay to attend a one (1) day union training session that will occur annually, if the Employer is able to provide coverage that does not incur overtime and the operating needs of the agency can be met. Union executive board members will be allowed time off without pay to attend monthly executive board meetings if the Employer is able to provide coverage that does not incur overtime and the operating needs of the agency can be met.
