Traffic Citations. No driver shall be required to violate traffic laws or overloading regulations. The Employer shall be responsible for any citations issued unless there is proven gross negligence on the part of the driver. Citations must be submitted to the Employer within seventy-two (72) hours, and if not the Employer shall not be responsible for same.
