TRADEMARK REVIEWS. At Seller’s reasonable request, Purchaser agrees to furnish or make available for inspection to Seller samples of all Licensed Products, Collateral Materials and Marketing Materials of Purchaser and its Subsidiaries that are marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks. Purchaser further agrees to take reasonably appropriate measures to require its Authorized Dealers to furnish or make available for inspection to Purchaser samples of all Marketing Materials and Collateral Materials of its Authorized Dealers. If Purchaser is notified or reasonably determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Trademark Usage Guidelines, it shall notify Seller and the provisions of Article V and Section 3.3 hereof shall apply to such noncompliance.
TRADEMARK REVIEWS. At Agilent’s reasonable request, Keysight agrees to furnish or make available for inspection to Agilent one (1) sample of Corporate Identity Materials, Licensed Products, Collateral Materials and Marketing Materials of Keysight and its Affiliates that are marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks. Keysight further agrees to take reasonably appropriate measures to require its Authorized Dealers to furnish or make available for inspection to Keysight samples of Marketing Materials and Collateral Materials of its Authorized Dealers. If Keysight is notified or reasonably determines that it or any of its Affiliates or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Trademark Usage Guidelines, it shall notify Agilent and the provisions of Section 4.3 and Article VI hereof shall apply to such noncompliance.
TRADEMARK REVIEWS. At 3Com's request, Palm agrees to furnish or make available for inspection to 3Com samples of all Palm Business Products and Collateral Materials of Palm, its Subsidiaries and Authorized Dealers that are marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks (to the extent that Palm has the right to obtain such samples). If Palm is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Trademark Usage Guidelines, it shall notify 3Com and the provisions of Article 6 and Section 4.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.

At HP's request, Agilent agrees to furnish or make available for inspection to HP samples of all Measurement Products and Collateral Materials of Agilent, its Subsidiaries, Affiliated Companies and Authorized Dealers that are marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks (to the extent that Agilent has the right to obtain such samples). If Agilent is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries, Affiliated Companies or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Trademark Usage Guidelines, it shall notify HP and the provisions of Article VII and Section 4.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.

At MRV's request, Luminent agrees to furnish or make available for inspection to MRV samples of all Luminent Business Products and Collateral Materials of Luminent, its Subsidiaries and Authorized Dealers that are marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks (to the extent that Luminent has the right to obtain such samples). If Luminent is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Trademark Usage Guidelines, it shall notify MRV and the provisions of Article 6 and Section 4.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.

At the Company's reasonable request, Buyer agrees to furnish or make available for inspection to the Company, and to cause any Buyer Licensed Party to furnish or make available for inspection to the Company, samples of all Buyer Products and Collateral Materials of Buyer and the Buyer Licensed Parties that are marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks.
TRADEMARK REVIEWS. At MRV's request, Optical Access agrees to furnish or make available for inspection to MRV samples of all Optical Access Business Products and Collateral Materials of Optical Access, its Subsidiaries and Authorized Dealers that are marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks (to the extent that Optical Access has the right to obtain such samples). If Optical Access is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Trademark Usage Guidelines, it shall notify MRV and the provisions of Article 6 and Section 4.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.

At Pitney Bowes' request, Imagistics agrees to furnish or make available for ixxxxxtion to Pitney Bowes samples of all Imagistics Business Products and Collateral Matxxxxxs of Imagistics, its Subsidiaries, Authorized Dealers, and Authorized Manufacturers that are marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks (to the extent that Imagistics has the right to obtain such samples). If Imagistics is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries, Authorized Dealers or Authorized Manufacturers is not complying with any Trademark Usage Guidelines, it shall notify Pitney Bowes and the provisions of Article 6 and Section 4.03 shall apply tx xxxh noncompliance.
TRADEMARK REVIEWS. At Catalytica's request, CESI agrees promptly to furnish or make available for inspection to Catalytica samples of all CESI Business Products and Collateral Materials of CESI, its Subsidiaries and Authorized Manufacturers that are actively marketed and marked with the Licensed Xxxx (to the extent that CESI has the right to obtain such samples) and information on all uses by CESI and its Subsidiaries of the Licensed Xxxx. If CESI is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries or Authorized Manufacturers is not in material compliance with any Trademark Usage Guidelines, it shall notify Catalytica and the provisions of Article 6 and Section 3.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.
