Copyright/Trademark/Patent Sample Clauses

Copyright/Trademark/Patent. Consultant understands and agrees that all matters produced under this Agreement shall become the property of District and cannot be used without District's express written permission. District shall have all right, title and interest in said matters, including the right to secure and maintain the copyright, trademark and/or patent of said matter in the name of the District. Consultant consents to use of Consultant's name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.
Copyright/Trademark/Patent. CONSULTANT understands and agrees that all matters produced under this AGREEMENT shall become the property of DISTRICT and cannot be used without DISTRICT’S express written permission, except CONSULTANT shall distribute copies of his reports to DSA and other parties as required by California Administrative Code, Title 24. DISTRICT shall have all right, title and interest in said matters, including the right to secure and maintain the copyright, trademark and/or patent of said matter in the name of the DISTRICT. CONSULTANT consents to use of CONSULTANT’S name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.

Copyright/Trademark/Patent. Contractor understands and agrees that all matters produced under this Agreement shall become the property of District and cannot be used without District's express written permission. District shall have the right to use any analyses, reports, data, or other documents produced and delivered to District free from any restrictions and fees in reproduction, display, or use. Contractor consents to use of Contractor name in conjunction with the sale, use, performance, and distribution of the matters, for any purpose and in any medium.
Copyright/Trademark/Patent. All pre-existing CONTRACTOR data and materials provided to DISTRICT by CONTRACTOR to assist in the performance of this Agreement shall remain the CONTRACTOR’S property, or, if licensed to CONTRACTOR, the licensor’s property.
