Licensed Party definition

Licensed Party means a Party and its Subsidiaries, each in its capacity as licensee under any License.

• The Licensee agrees and acknowledges that NLA has no control over, or liability (whether under these Terms, in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any service provided to any Licensed Party by a MMO, or for any Web Media Monitoring Material or Article.

• Provided the Licensee complies with these Terms, the NLA agrees to indemnify the Licensed Parties against any damages (other than damages for special, indirect or consequential loss) and/or reasonable legal costs incurred by any Licensed Parties resulting from any claim by a third party against any of the Licensed Parties that the third party's intellectual property rights have been infringed as a direct result of the Licensed Party having undertaken Permitted Acts in accordance with these Terms.

More Definitions of Licensed Party

Licensed Party means (i) RBS in its capacity as a licensee for the purposes of the licenses granted in Section 3.03(c) and (ii) the Company in its capacity as a licensee for the purposes of the licenses granted in Section 3.03(d).

Licensed Party has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

Licensed Party is a single one of the Licensed Parties.
