Trademark Usage Guidelines means the guidelines for proper usage of the Licensed Marks, as in use immediately prior to the Separation Date, as such guidelines may be revised and updated in writing by MRV from time to time.

More Definitions of Trademark Usage Guidelines

Trademark Usage Guidelines means the written guidelines for proper usage of the Licensed Xxxx that are in use immediately prior to the Effective Date. All such standards and guidelines may be revised and updated by JDSU from time to time in writing at the sites listed above or by written communication to Lumentum, at JDSU’s sole discretion with regard to the product labeling standards.
