TP&S Group. As soon as available, but in any event within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month (except for January, 2002 for which the Borrower shall have forty-five (45) days to deliver such monthly financing statements after the end of such calendar month), company-prepared consolidated and consolidating balance sheets of the TP&S Group as of the end of such calendar month and related company-prepared consolidated and consolidating statements of operations, shareholders' equity and cash flows for the TP&S Group such monthly period and for the fiscal year to date, in each case setting forth in comparative form the consolidated and consolidating figures for the corresponding period or periods of the preceding fiscal year or the portion of the fiscal year ending with such period, as applicable, in each case subject to normal year-end audit adjustments.

  • Group A series of commodities with applicable commodity codes which are described in Attachment A under Price Sheet.

  • State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes health, dental, life, and disability coverages equivalent to existing coverages, subject to the provisions of this Article. All insurance eligible employees will be provided with a Summary Plan Description (SPD) called “Your Employee Benefits”. Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a SPD within thirty (30) days of their date of eligibility.

  • Member The Member owns 100% of the limited liability company interests in the Company.

  • Affiliated Group The term “Affiliated Group” shall mean any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • Group Grievance Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

  • Minority Business Enterprise The Recipient shall comply with the minority business requirements pursuant to Section 164.07(A) of the Revised Code and rule 164-1-32 of the Administrative Code when making direct purchases of equipment, materials or supplies.

  • Group RRSP 24:01 The University agrees to provide a Group RRSP (GRRSP) with the following features:

  • Group, Unit or Team Leader Whenever an employee is assigned additional responsibility to direct, supervise or oversee work of employees within her or his classification, and/or be assigned overall responsibility for patient care on the unit, xxxx, or area, for a tour of duty, the employee shall be paid a premium of seventy cents (70¢) per hour in addition to her or his regular salary and applicable premium allowance.

  • Tax Attributes (i) Tax attributes with respect to, and the -------------- overpayment of, property taxes, sales and use taxes and franchise taxes which relate primarily to the Company Business and (ii) to the extent provided in the Tax Sharing Agreement, tax attributes with respect to, and the overpayment of, income and payroll taxes which relate to the Company Business or are otherwise allocated to the Company.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.
