Town of Greenwich Retirement Savings Plan. A full-time regular employee covered by this Agreement who is not eligible, pursuant to the terms of paragraph A (1) of this Article for membership in the Town’s Retirement System, shall become a participant in the Town of Greenwich Retirement Savings Plan (Savings Plan) as of his or her date of hire. Participation in the Savings Plan shall be mandatory for such eligible employees.
