Tool Presentation Overview. ‌ The next sections contain a brief description of each of the tools following a unified outline, where the purpose of the tool is briefly outlined and compact installation and usage directions follow. To reflect the ASCENS approach to the software development lifecycle, we arrange the tool de- scriptions into two large groups. In Section 2, we place tools that deal mostly with the design cycle side, such as the modeling activities. Section 3 contains tools that provide runtime frameworks for executing either ensembles or simulations. Of necessity, the classification categories are not entirely distinct – some tools would fall into both groups. Next, the text describes what progress has been made since the last reporting period and what is the integration perspective. Finally, for tools whose development has progressed sufficiently, the text provides compact installation and usage directions. To reflect the tool landscape structure, we arrange the tool descriptions into groups. In Section 2, we place tools that deal mostly with formal modeling of ensembles. In Section 3, we describe tools that help implement ensembles or simulations. Section 4 contains tools that provide runtime frameworks for executing either ensembles or simulations. Finally, Section 5 deals with tools for introspection at execution time. Of necessity, the classification categories are not entirely distinct – some tools would fall into multiple categories. Such tools are still listed under one category only, but the tool description reflects the complete purpose of the tool.

  • ORAL PRESENTATIONS/INTERVIEWS In connection with any SOW RFP, Contractor and proposed employees, independent contractors or agents of Contractor may be required to make an oral presentation to State or Agency representatives. Significant representations made by a Contractor during the oral presentation shall be submitted in writing. All material representations acceptable to the State shall be incorporated in any applicable SOW Agreement. The Agency will notify Contractor of the time and place of oral presentations.

  • Program Overview A. Goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program. The Choice Neighborhoods Program employs a comprehensive approach to neighborhood transformation. The program transforms neighborhoods of concentrated poverty into mixed-income neighborhoods of long-term viability by revitalizing severely distressed public and/or assisted housing; improving access to economic opportunities; and investing and leveraging investments in well-functioning services, effective schools and education programs, public assets, public transportation, and improved access to jobs. Choice Neighborhoods ensures that current residents benefit from this transformation by preserving affordable housing in the neighborhood or providing the choice to move to affordable housing in another neighborhood of opportunity. The purpose of this grant is to implement a Transformation Plan that has been developed through a local planning process and furthers the goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program. The core goals of Choice Neighborhoods are:

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:

Trees or pieces presented for Scaling that have not been bucked to separate material meeting minimum piece standards from material not meeting minimum piece standards due to diameter, shall be Scaled as though such bucking had been done. Deductions made for rot, check, or other defects re- sulting from abnormal delay in Scaling caused by Pur- chaser shall be recorded separately and charged to Xxx- ber Sale Account under B3.47. Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.

  • DOES THE SPR NEED TO BE UPDATED IF INFORMATION CHANGES Yes. It remains a continuing obligation of the principal or his/her authorized agent to update the SPR whenever any of the information provided on the initial form changes. WHERE DO THE SPR AND ANY UPDATES NEED TO BE FILED? The SPR needs to be filed with the County Department or County Division processing the application or matter. If and when an additional expenditure is incurred subsequent to the initial filing of the SPR, an amended SPR needs to be filed with the County Department or County Division where the original application, including the initial SPR, was filed. WHEN DO THE SPR AND ANY UPDATES NEED TO BE FILED? In most cases, the initial SPR needs to be filed with the other application forms. The SPR and any update must be filed with the appropriate County Department or County Division not less than seven (7) days prior to the BCC hearing date so that they may be incorporated into the BCC agenda packet. (See Section 2-354(b), Orange County Code.) When the matter is a discussion agenda item or is the subject of a public hearing, and any additional expenditure occurs less than 7 days prior to BCC meeting date or updated information is not included in the BCC agenda packet, the principal or his/her authorized agent is obligated to verbally present the updated information to the BCC when the agenda item is heard or the public hearing is held. When the matter is a consent agenda item and an update has not been made at least 7 days prior to the BCC meeting or the update is not included in the BCC agenda packet, the item will be pulled from the consent agenda to be considered at a future meeting.
