To give notice of defects. The Tenant shall notify the Landlord or its agents immediately of any defect in the Premises which may give rise to any duty on the part of the Landlord, and the Tenant shall at all times display and maintain any notices that the Landlord may from time to time require the Tenant to display at the Premises.
