PERSONAL SCOPE This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.
Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.
Personal Safety 1. The employer and the Union agree that students must be held accountable for their conduct in the classroom, on campus, and at school-sponsored events.
Use of Personal Information 1. Personal Information (Personal Information and Personal Information collating with other information) obtained by DBS by providing the service shall be subject for the privacy policy protecting Member’s Personal Information which will be established separately (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) and this “Membership Agreement”.
Paid Personal Leave A. During the first full pay period in each January, full-time employees on the payroll as of September 1, 2011 will be credited annually with paid personal leave credits at the following rate: Scheduled Hours per Week Personal Leave Credits 37.5 hours per week 37.500 hours 40.0 hours per week 40.000 hours Such personal leave may be taken during the following twelve (12) months at a time or times requested by the employee and approved by his/her Appointing Authority. Use of Personal Vehicles If the Employer is unable to provide transportation for the employee for projects located within ZONE II or ZONE III and the employee is requested to use his own vehicle by the Employer, the following shall apply:
Personal Items In accordance with Departmental policy, employees will be reimbursed for personal items required on the job that are lost, damaged or destroyed in the line of duty. Reimbursement will be up to an amount of $100 per occurrence, excluding prescription eyewear.
PRIVATE BUSINESS/GENERAL/PERSONAL LEAVES OF ABSENCE 12.1 Teachers shall be allowed personal leave up to and including five (5) days in any one school year with the loss of substitutes’ pay only, and shall be deducted full salary for days absent for personal reasons in excess of five
Handling of Personal Information The Organiser may use the personal information of individuals from exhibition related parties for any communications necessary for the holding of the Exhibition. In addition, the Organiser may send electronic mails or other advertising materials to exhibition related parties for promoting the Exhibition or other exhibitions to be organised by the Organiser. Exhibition related parties give their consent to the Organiser to provide their personal information to its designated partner company or a trade publication that gathers or features information related to the Exhibition whenever the Organiser deems such a provision necessary. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Exhibition Rules and Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the Exhibition Rules and Regulations as the court of the first instance.
