TITLE TO VEHICLES. Other than with respect to vehicles or trailers leased by Seller, Seller agrees to deliver to Purchaser, within a reasonable time after the Closing, those titles to vehicles and trailers listed on SCHEDULE 1.1(B) which Seller was unable to deliver at Closing pursuant to Section 3.2(b) hereof. With respect to those vehicles or trailers listed on SCHEDULE 1.1(B) which are leased by Seller, Seller agrees to use reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist Purchaser in promptly obtaining title from the respective lessors of such vehicles and trailers. Promptly after receiving the titles to the vehicles and trailers pursuant to Section 3.2(b) and promptly after receiving the additional titles to the vehicles and trailers pursuant to this section, Purchaser agrees to register such trailers and vehicles in Purchaser's own name with the Department of Motor Vehicles or comparable governmental agency in the State of Florida and to provide Seller with evidence reasonably satisfactory to Seller of such registration. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any costs, claim, liability or other expense resulting from any delay in Purchaser's registration of the vehicles and trailers in Purchaser's own name and to name Seller as an additional insured on Purchaser's insurance for such vehicles and trailers until such registration.
TITLE TO VEHICLES. This is an agreement to lease only and title to Vehicles will at all times remain in the Lessor, the Nominee, the Hertz Nominee or the HFC Nominee, as applicable, and beneficial ownership will at all times remain in the Lessor. The Lessee will not have any rights or interest in Vehicles whatsoever other than the right of possession and use as provided by this Agreement.
TITLE TO VEHICLES. The Sublessee, by its execution hereof, acknowledges and agrees that (i) this is an agreement to sublease only and title to Group I CPF Trucks will at all times remain in CPF’s name or in the name of CPF’s Nominee Lienholder, and (ii) the Sublessee will not have any rights or interest in Group I CPF Trucks whatsoever other than the right of possession and use as provided by this Agreement.
TITLE TO VEHICLES. The Certificate of Title to all vehicles purchased under the Approved Budget for this Project shall be in the name of the Grantee. The Department’s Public Transportation Division shall be recorded on the Certificate of Title as first lien-holder. In the event of project termination or breach of contract provisions, the Grantee shall, upon written notification by the Department, surrender Project equipment and/or transfer the Certificate(s) of Title for Project equipment to the Department or the Department's designee.
TITLE TO VEHICLES. Not later than February 15, 1999, Parent shall ----------------- cause good and marketable title to that certain Lincoln Navigator sport utility vehicle and that certain BMW 7-series sedan, free of all liens and encumbrances, to be transferred to Xx. XxXxxxxx, provided that in no event shall Parent be required to expend more than $60,000 to arrange such transfer of titles.
TITLE TO VEHICLES. After the Closing, Sellers shall use their efforts to obtain duplicate titles for the vehicles listed on Schedule 1.1(i) and shall cause such duplicate titles to be delivered to Buyer, promptly after the Closing.

The Seller shall obtain for and on the Buyer's behalf, at the Seller's sole expense, and shall deliver to the Buyer, as soon as practicable, but in no event later than the 30th day after the Closing Date, Texas Motor Vehicle Transfer Notifications with regards to any motor vehicles that constitute a portion of the Assets and are located in the State of Texas.

Promptly after receiving the titles to registerable vehicles pursuant to Section 3.2(a)(iv) and promptly after receiving any additional titles to registerable vehicles pursuant to this section, Purchaser agrees to register such vehicles in Purchaser's own name with the Department of Motor Vehicles or comparable governmental agency in the State of Pennsylvania and to provide Seller with evidence reasonably satisfactory to Seller of such registration. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any costs, claim, liability or other expense resulting from any delay in Purchaser's registration of the vehicles in Purchaser's own name and to name Seller as an additional insured on Purchaser's insurance for such vehicles until such registration.
TITLE TO VEHICLES. Xxxxx and Silversword shall have delivered to Buyer good and marketable title to all vehicles that are part of the Personal Property, including those vehicles listed on Schedule 1.1(g).
TITLE TO VEHICLES. Sellers are the lawful owners of the motor vehicles described on Schedule 6.1(i) and all such motor vehicles are owned by the Sellers outright and are free from any rights or claims of others.
