TITLE OF OWNERSHIP. Title of ownership in the finished product shall pass from the Artist to the Client upon the Client's payment of the final installment of the Artists fee for the work.

The Company is authorised to demand that ownership of the Goods and/or of the designated materials and parts be transferred to the Company at an earlier time and that the written documents needed for this purpose be presented. In that case, the Supplier shall label the Goods and/or the designated materials and parts as the identifiable property of the Company and shall indemnify the Company against any loss or damage and against the exercise of third-party rights.

OmniVision shall take the title (the “Title”) to the Equipment as soon as practicable after the Equipment is installed at each XinTec fab but no later than the delivery of the Certificate of Acceptance pursuant to Section 1.6 above. Prior to the Title transfer unto OmniVision, the Title of the Equipment shall be held by XinTec and in trust for the benefit of OmniVision. XinTec shall use due care and ensure that the Equipment will not be subject to any claim made by a creditor of XinTec or any other party.
TITLE OF OWNERSHIP. Consignor warrants that they have the legal right to sell, and have good clear title, free of any liens, to all the consigned property. Consignor agrees to indemnify and hold the Auctioneer harmless for any breach of this warranty. Consignor represents to the Auctioneer that they have provided, or will provide, any information concerning the provenance of the consigned property. When sold, title of the property shall pass directly from the Consignor to the respective buyer(s) of the property.
