Timing of the Visits. Under the first Academic Year contract, these visits shall be spaced so that no more than one (1) visit occurs in any week during the Fall Semester. Under the second Academic Year contract, these visits may occur any time from the Spring Semester of the first Academic Year through the Fall Semester of the second Academic Year. At least one (1) of the three (3) visits should take place in the Spring Semester. Under the third, two (2) Academic Year contract, these visits may occur any time from the Spring Semester of the second Academic Year (after the March 15 renewal date) through the Fall Semester of the fourth Academic Year.

  • Salary Step Advancement No period of unpaid leave shall be counted toward time served for purposes of salary step advancement. Completion of at least 75% of the assigned work year for the employee in a paid status is a prerequisite to salary advancement.

  • Step Advancement Each faculty member will be granted one (1) increment on the salary schedule each year up to the maximum allowed. To qualify for advancement one (1) step on the salary schedule, employees must have been employed in a paid status or on any form of medical leave (FMLA, CFRA, etc.), or on military leave seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the school days in a school year.

  • Travel Advances The University will, to the extent permitted by State law and rule, provide travel advances, upon request, of up to eighty (80) percent of budgeted expenses for authorized travel of longer than five (5) consecutive days.

  • Travel Advance Employees who are required to proceed on travel status, shall be provided with an adequate travel advance. The amount of advance will be determined by such factors as time away from headquarters and the frequency of reimbursement. Employees who fail to submit a travel expense form accounting for the travel advance within fifteen (15) calendar days of the completion of such travel shall not be eligible for further travel advances until such time as the accounting for the travel advance is finalized.

  • Reimbursement Option Provided that the Recipient satisfies the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Recipient may elect to receive Fund proceeds for land acquisition directly from the OPWC after Closing. After Closing, which Closing shall not occur until the Recipient's submission of the Request to Proceed and the Recipient's receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Recipient may submit a Disbursement Request to the OPWC for reimbursement of acquisition and other eligible costs. The Recipient shall attach to the Disbursement Request a copy of: (i) the executed and recorded deed, or such other instrument conveying the interest approved by the Director, with respect to the Land acquired by the Recipient, (ii) a copy of the recorded Deed Restrictions, (iii) a copy of the executed settlement statement, (iv) certification, or other documentation acceptable to the Director from the Title Agent that the Recipient has marketable title in and to the Land, and (v) such other documentation required by the OPWC. After receipt of such documentation, and subject to Recipient's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the OPWC shall disburse Funds payable under this Agreement.

  • Repayment of Amounts Advanced for Network Upgrades Upon the Commercial Operation Date, the Interconnection Customer shall be entitled to a repayment, equal to the total amount paid to the Participating TO for the cost of Network Upgrades. Such amount shall include any tax gross-up or other tax-related payments associated with Network Upgrades not refunded to the Interconnection Customer pursuant to Article 5.17.8 or otherwise, and shall be paid to the Interconnection Customer by the Participating TO on a dollar-for-dollar basis either through (1) direct payments made on a levelized basis over the five-year period commencing on the Commercial Operation Date; or (2) any alternative payment schedule that is mutually agreeable to the Interconnection Customer and Participating TO, provided that such amount is paid within five (5) years from the Commercial Operation Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if this LGIA terminates within five (5) years from the Commercial Operation Date, the Participating TO’s obligation to pay refunds to the Interconnection Customer shall cease as of the date of termination. Any repayment shall include interest calculated in accordance with the methodology set forth in FERC’s regulations at 18 C.F.R. §35.19a(a)(2)(iii) from the date of any payment for Network Upgrades through the date on which the Interconnection Customer receives a repayment of such payment. Interest shall continue to accrue on the repayment obligation so long as this LGIA is in effect. The Interconnection Customer may assign such repayment rights to any person. If the Large Generating Facility fails to achieve commercial operation, but it or another Generating Facility is later constructed and makes use of the Network Upgrades, the Participating TO shall at that time reimburse Interconnection Customer for the amounts advanced for the Network Upgrades. Before any such reimbursement can occur, the Interconnection Customer, or the entity that ultimately constructs the Generating Facility, if different, is responsible for identifying the entity to which reimbursement must be made.

  • JOC - PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? (FAILURE TO RESPOND PROHIBITS PART 2 JOC EVALUATION) Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher.   • Change in Credit and Collection Policy At least thirty (30) days prior to the effectiveness of any material change in or material amendment to the Credit and Collection Policy, a copy of the Credit and Collection Policy then in effect and a notice (A) indicating such change or amendment, and (B) if such proposed change or amendment would be reasonably likely to adversely affect the collectibility of the Receivables or decrease the credit quality of any newly created Receivables, requesting the Agent's consent thereto.

  • Conditions to Financial Assistance and its Disbursement The Grantor's obligations hereunder, including its obligation to make financial assistance available to the Recipient pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, are contingent upon compliance by the Recipient with the following conditions:
