Professional Review. Palace Entertainment shall utilize the services of an architect or engineer and contractor all licensed by the State of California, for the construction of said capital improvements. Copies of the agreement between Palace Entertainment and its architect or engineer and its contractor, and all inspection reports, shall be furnished to and consented to in writing by Cal Expo. The architect or engineer’s services shall include the preparation or approval of working drawings, detailed specifications, estimates of cost of construction, supervision, stage inspection. Upon completion of construction, Palace Entertainment shall provide certification by its architect or engineer that the project to be in substantial accordance with the original plans and specifications. Cal Expo shall designate a member of its engineering staff to monitor and inspect the progress of the construction at no cost to Palace Entertainment.
Professional Review. The ZBA finds that DEP’s issuance of a groundwater discharge permit satisfies regulation 2 and, furthermore, to the extent it may not, this waiver is granted.
Professional Review. The Board and the Applicant authorize the Board’s professional staff to review, inspect, study and evaluate all plans, documents, and data which the aforesaid application comprises, to consult with the Applicant or any matter concerning the application, to research any laws and regulations that may apply to the proposed development, to physically inspect and view the property being developed, and to perform all tasks required or deemed advisable by them to enable them in their professional judgment to property advise the Board. Professional Review. In the first Academic Year, the Contract Faculty unit member must submit a brief narrative description (one to two pages) of his/her faculty assignment by October 1 for Fall Semester hires and March 1 for mid-year hires. In the second, third, and fourth Academic Years the Contract Instructional Faculty unit members must submit a written Professional Review (three to eight pages) to the supervisor by October 1. The Professional Review shall cover the Contract Instructional Faculty unit member’s previous Academic Year of employment. The Professional Review shall include information and ideas relevant, but not limited to, the standards for faculty evaluation (as expressed above in the Articles titled “Faculty Standards’’). (See Articles 14C.1-5 and 14C.6.) Faculty members first hired on a Contract Instructional Faculty basis in Spring Semester are also subject to the Professional Review process.

In the second, third, and fourth Academic Years Contract Counseling Faculty unit members must submit a written Professional Review to the Level One Tenure Review Committee and the Xxxx/Supervisor by October 1 and March 1 for mid- year hires. In the second, third, and fourth Academic Years the Contract Faculty unit member on Special Assignments must submit a written Professional Review to the Level One Tenure Review Committee and the Xxxx/Supervisor by October 1 and March 1 for mid-year hires. Professional Review. AP must have all child information doc- uments reviewed by a medical expert of AP’s choosing who is experienced with children who have been institutionalized overseas and/or familiar with medical issues arising in the context of intercountry adoption. Failure to comply with this requirement shall be considered a material breach of this agreement, and a bar to any claim for relief by AP.
Professional Review. AGCI requires AP have all child information documents reviewed by a medical expert of AP’s choosing who specializes in children who have been institutionalized overseas and/or experience with medical issues arising in the context of inter-country adoption.
