If the Reseller has been unable to obtain a quote within ten (10) days of the request for quote, the Reseller shall provide a written statement (email is sufficient) to Participating State/Purchasing Entity, and the LSCA as may be required under the PA, that the Reseller cannot supply the software, and the reason why.
