Non-Application of Dispute Settlement. No Party shall have recourse to dispute settlement under Chapter 28 (Dispute Settlement) for any matter arising under this Chapter.

Non-Application of Dispute Settlement. Chapter 26 (Dispute settlement) does not apply to Section B (Anti-dumping and countervailing duties) of this Chapter and Section C (Global safeguard measures) of this Chapter.
