Common use of Time Progress Schedule Clause in Contracts

Time Progress Schedule. (1) To show compliance with the requirements of Section 3.01 of the Agreement, provide and maintain a Time Progress Schedule in accordance with the General Requirements, Special Conditions, Section paragraph titled “Project Schedule”. Unless otherwise accepted by the Fund, the Time Progress Schedule shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor. The time for substantial completion shall be on or before the time specified on page A-1 of the Agreement.
