Common use of Time Off Clause in Contracts

Time Off. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to vacation consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employees, but not less than five (5) weeks of vacation per year. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to those paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employed.

Time Off. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to vacation paid time off consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employees, but not less than five (5) weeks of 20 vacation days and 2 personal days per year, subject to pro ration for partial years. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to those paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employed.

During the Term, Executive shall also be entitled to vacation consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employees, but not less than five (5) weeks of paid time off on an annual basis during the Term, and such other holidays in accordance with the Company’s applicable policies and procedures as in effect from time to time and local, state, or federal law. The Executive shall take all vacation per yearand leave so as to minimize disruptions to the Executive’s duties. In additionNotwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall not be entitled to those take any such paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employedtime off during the first ninety (90) days of the Term, unless otherwise approved by the Board.
