Common use of Time Off Clause in Contracts

Time Off. Employee shall be entitled to 4 weeks of paid time off per year, whether because of sickness, vacation or to service Employee’s outside business interest as Employee shall determine (“Time Off”). The timing of vacations shall be scheduled in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Company. Accrued but unused Time Off shall roll over to the next fiscal year and shall not be ‘use it or lose it’ Time Off.

Time Off. Employee shall be entitled to 4 3 weeks of paid time off per year, whether because of sickness, vacation or to service Employee’s outside business interest as Employee shall determine (“Time Off”). The timing of vacations shall be scheduled in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Company. Accrued but unused Time Off shall roll over to the next fiscal year and shall not be ‘use it or lose it’ Time Off.

Employee shall be entitled to 4 weeks of paid time off per year, whether because of sickness, vacation or to service Employee’s outside business interest as Employee shall determine otherwise (“Time Off”). Employee shall receive paid holidays commensurate with the Company policy then in effect for all similarly situated employees. The timing of vacations shall be scheduled in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Company and shall be undertaken with due consideration to ensuring consistent senior managerial oversight of the Company’s business operations during such Time Off. Accrued but unused Time Off shall not roll over to the next fiscal year and shall not be is ‘use it or lose it’ Time Off.

Employee shall be entitled to 4 weeks 180 hours of paid time off per yearyear that is credited at beginning of each year (increasing by 4 hours per year in accordance with normal Company practices), whether because of sickness, vacation or to service Employee’s outside business interest as Employee shall determine (“Time Off”). The timing of vacations shall be scheduled in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Company. Accrued but unused Time Off shall not roll over to the next fiscal calendar year and shall not be ‘use it is paid to Employee at or lose it’ Time Offaround close of the calendar year.
