Time for Cure. Nothing described in Section 7.1(1)(a) above shall constitute an Event of Default if Buyer cures the event, failure or circumstance within (30) days after written notification by Seller or if the breach cannot be cured within thirty (30) days, such longer period as may be necessary to cure as long as Buyer is exercising diligent efforts to cure.

Time for Cure. In the event the Owner elects to cure some or all of the Title Objection(s) raised by the City, unless the Agreement has been otherwise terminated, the Owner shall have up to sixty (60) days following its election to cure (or such longer time as may be agreed by the parties) in which to accomplish curative action to the satisfaction of the Title Company, such that it will delete the applicable Title Objection(s) from the Commitment. In the event curative action is not successful for one or more of the Title Objections the Owner has agreed to cure, the City shall have the right, exercised in writing within fifteen (15) days following the later of receipt of notice from the Owner that it was unable to cure all such Title Objections or the expiration of the applicable curative period, either to terminate the Agreement or to take title as it then is, subject to such uncured Title Objection(s), and close this transaction. Failure to terminate by written notice shall constitute an election to waive any such uncured Title Objections. The Closing shall be extended as necessary to accommodate times for cure of Title Objections, as set forth in this Section 7.

  • Time for Completion The Contractor shall deliver the material and/or services called for in the specifications/proposal and within the delivery time specified and in accordance with the terms of the contract. Work shall be completed within 30 days from the Notice to Proceed issued by the City of Sparks Purchasing Division. The Contractor shall not alter or vary any terms or conditions contained or incorporated herein, including but not limited to, the quantity, price, delivery date or date designated as After Receipt of Order (ARO) or date for commencement or completion of services as mutually agreed upon, unless such alteration or variation is consented to in writing by a duly authorized representative of the City. The City reserves the right to cancel resultant Contract upon ten days written notice in the event the type and quality of the product or work performance is unsatisfactory or in default, subject to Contractor’s right to cure as outlined in termination clause. This is a non-exclusive Contract and the City reserves the right to acquire the material and/or services at its discretion, from other sources during the term of this Contract.

  • Time for Commencement and Completion The term (Initial Term) of this Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and expire on ______________________, 20___. University will have the option to renew this Agreement for _______ (___) additional ______ (____) year terms (each a Renewal Term). The Initial Term and each Renewal Term are collectively referred to as the Term.

  • Time for Submission Except as specified below, any claim by Contractor for a change in the Contract Time or the Material Completion and Occupancy Date shall be made within fourteen days of the day on which the Contractor becomes aware of the event on which the claim is based or, if the Contract Documents specify a shorter or longer period with respect to such event, within the period specified by the Contract Documents.

  • TIMEFRAME FOR OFFERS The Commissioner reserves the right to make awards within 60 days after the date of the Bid opening or such other period of time as set forth in the Solicitation. The Bids must remain firm until a Contract is awarded, but if a Contract is not awarded within 60 days or other time period set forth in the Solicitation, the Bidder may withdraw its Bid any time thereafter by delivering to the Commissioner written notice of the withdrawal of its Bid.

  • Released Time for Negotiations No more than six (6) negotiating team employee representatives designated by the Union shall be released from duty with no loss of pay and with mileage reimbursement for the purpose of attending negotiation meetings with the District pursuant to this Agreement. The Union and the District may agree that additional employees shall receive such released time.

  • Time for Compliance Consultant shall not commence work under this Agreement until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that it has secured all insurance required under this section. In addition, Consultant shall not allow any subconsultant to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the subconsultant has secured all insurance required under this section. Failure to provide and maintain all required insurance shall be grounds for the City to terminate this Agreement for cause.
