THROUGHPUTTERS. 6.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, ACSA may at its discretion or in the event the Operator defaults, grant a third party Throughputter the right to supply aviation fuels at the Airports for a period ACSA deems necessary to lower the risk of fuel supply. .
