Thirty-Five Years. Upon reaching the employment anniversary of thirty-five (35) years of continuous service, employees shall have earned an additional 108 [112.5 effective September 1, 2013] work hours vacation with pay. This provision applies when the qualifying date occurs before July 1st in each year.
