Super Stats. Employees who are required to work on Christmas Day, Labour Day or Good Friday, shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times for the first 7.5 hours worked and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of two and one-half (2.5) times shall be paid for the full shift when one-half (1⁄2) or more than one-half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases, the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.
Super Stats. Employees who are required to work on Good Friday, Labour Day, or Christmas Day shall be paid at time and one-half (1-1/2) rates in addition to their regular monthly pay rate. Payment of time and one-half (1-1/2) rates under this provision does not detract from statutory holiday entitlements otherwise owing to the employee. The Employer and the Union agree to be bound by the decision of Special Officer, X.X. Xxxxx, dated August 29, 1974 regarding the interpretation and application of the foregoing Super Stat provisions.

Where part of the scheduled shift worked is on the named day, the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times shall be paid for those hours worked on the paid holiday.
Super Stats. Employees who are required to work on Good Friday or Christmas Day shall be paid at double-time (2x) rates. Payment of double-time (2x) rates under this provision does not detract from statutory holiday entitlements otherwise owing to the employee.

Effective October 31, 2018 Employees who are required to work on Christmas Day, Labour Day or Good Friday shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times for the first seven point five (7.5) hours worked and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of two and one-half (2.5) times shall be paid for the full shift when one-half (1⁄2) or more than one- half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases, the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.
Super Stats. (As Applicable) Employees who are required to work on Labour Day or Good Friday, shall be paid at the rate of two (2) for all hours worked in the day provided that Articles 27.05 (Overtime Pay Calculation), 29.04 (Call-Back) and 39.04 (Premium Rates of Pay) are not applicable, and shall receive seven point two (7.2) paid hours off as a paid holiday. The rate of two (2) times shall be paid for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day.
Super Stats. The premium pay for working on a statutory holiday shall be at the rate of time-and-one-half (1-1/2x) except for Christmas Day which shall be paid at two-and-one-half-times (2.5x). Payment of premiums under this provision does not detract from statutory holiday entitlements otherwise owing to the employee.
