Third Offense. After confirmation of a third violation by school officials, the student shall be suspended from all on his/her athletic or extra/co-curricular activity for 365 days. Prior to participation in any athletic or extra/co-curricular activities the subsequent year, the student must have enrolled in a substance abuse program administered by licensed drug/alcohol agency. The agency must verify adherence by the student to the recommended care program.
