THIRD AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Amendment to the Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on April 16, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Rubicon Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and Mxxxxxx Xxxxxx, an individual (“Executive”) (Executive and the Company being the “Parties” to this Agreement) which amends that certain Employment Agreement entered into between Mxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Company dated November 17, 2016, as amended by the First Amendment to the Employment Agreement date July 17, 2018 and further amended by the Second Amendment to the Employment Agreement dated January 8, 2019 (the “Original Employment Agreement”).
