THE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION TEAM AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The Construction Manager (CM) accepts the relationship of trust and confidence established between it and the Owner by this Agreement. It covenants with the Owner to furnish its best skill and judgment and to cooperate with the Project Consultant in furthering the interests of the Owner. It agrees to furnish efficient business administration and superintendence and use its best efforts to complete the project in the best and soundest way and in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interest of the Owner.
