  • The Contractor A general contractor shall be retained by Tenant to construct the Improvements. Such general contractor (“Contractor”) shall be selected by Tenant from a list of general contractors supplied by Landlord, and Tenant shall deliver to Landlord notice of its selection of the Contractor upon such selection.

  • The Contractor must 16.1.1. treat all Authority Protected Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Authority Protected Information against disclosure;

  • Contract Administrator 22.1. ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance in monitoring the terms of this Agreement

  • THE CONTRACT PRICE A. This Contract is an indefinite-quantity contract for construction work and services. The Estimated Annual Value of this Contract is $2,000,000. This is only an estimate and may increase or decrease at the discretion of Sourcewell.

  • Extra Contract Agreements (a) The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with its employees, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Any such agreement shall be null and void.

  • THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents consist of the State-Contractor Agreement, the Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), the Drawings, the Specifications, and all Addenda issued prior to bid opening and any Change Orders after execution of the Contract.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:

  • CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE By acceptance of this order, Xxxxxx agrees that the scope of the work required is understood by Xxxxxx; that there are no informal commitments by Buyer that in any way affect the work under this order; that there are no open or unresolved issues related to this order except as explicitly stated herein; and that Xxxxxx therefore understands and agrees that this order states the complete agreement of the parties.   • THE CONTRACT The Contract Documents form the contract for construction. This contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. The contract may only be amended by Change Order. The Contract Documents shall not be construed to create any contractual relationship of any kind between the Architect and the Contractor, but the Architect shall be entitled to performance of obligations intended for his benefit, and to enforcement thereof. Nothing contained in the Contract Documents shall create any contractual relationship between the State or the Architect and any Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractor.

  • Contract As used in this document, “Contract” (whether or not capitalized) shall, unless the context requires otherwise, include this document and all incorporated Exhibits, which set forth the entire understanding of the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements. All modifications to this Contract must be in writing and signed by all Parties. All Contract Exhibits listed below are incorporated in their entirety into, and form part of, this Contract.
