The Company Sub-Contractors & Employees. The Customer agrees that: every Affiliate, Sub-Contractor, agent, officer and employee of the Company is entitled to the full benefit of the indemnities, exclusions and limitations of liability set out in the Contract which are for the benefit of the Company, to the same extent as the Company; and the Company enters into the Contract in its own right and on trust for such Affiliate, Sub- Contractors, agent, officer and employee of the Company to that extent.

  • Contractor’s Employees B7.1 The Council reserves the right under the Contract to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, any premises occupied by or on behalf of the Council:

  • Sub-Contractors Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.

  • Newly Hired Employees All employees hired to an insurance eligible position must make their benefit elections by their initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. Insurance eligible employees will automatically be enrolled in basic life coverage. If employees eligible for a full Employer Contribution do not choose a health plan administrator and a primary care clinic by their initial effective date, and do not waive medical coverage, they will be enrolled in a Benefit Level Two clinic (or Level One, if available) that meets established access standards in the health plan with the largest number of Benefit Level One and Two clinics in the county of the employee’s residence at the beginning of the insurance year. If an employee does not choose a health plan administrator and primary care clinic by their initial effective date, but was previously covered as a dependent immediately prior to their initial effective date, they will be defaulted to the plan administrator and primary care clinic in which they were previously enrolled.

  • Existing Employees Existing employees who are covered by the coverage clause of this Agreement may become union members at any time. Employees shall, from the date of becoming union members, be bound by all the benefits and obligations relating to employees under this Agreement.
