Testing and Qualification Clause Samples
The Testing and Qualification clause establishes the requirements and procedures for verifying that products, services, or systems meet specified standards before acceptance or deployment. Typically, this clause outlines the types of tests to be performed, the criteria for passing, and the responsibilities of each party in conducting or witnessing the tests. By clearly defining these processes, the clause ensures that only compliant and reliable deliverables are accepted, thereby reducing the risk of defects and misunderstandings between parties.
