Professional Duties Professional duties defined in this Article identify the responsibilities performed by full-time faculty. Duties specific to individual programs shall be determined by the supervising administrator.
Official Duty Station Each employee's official duty station shall be the service location or a designated office or address in such other community, as may be designated, for employees assigned to a Region. For employees whose home is designated as their official duty station, the Employer will conduct an assessment to determine the supplies and equipment needed to perform their official duties. Based on the assessment completed by the Employer, all identified necessary equipment will be provided. Such equipment may include, but not be limited to a:
Conflict of Interest; Governmental Conduct Act A. The Contractor represents and warrants that it presently has no interest and, during the term of this Agreement, shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance or services required under the Agreement.
Lobbying Activities - Standard Form - LLL No response Do not upload this form unless Vendor has reportable lobbying activities. There are Attributes entitled, “2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision - Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment – Continued.” Properly respond to those Attributes and only upload this form if applicable/instructed. If upload is required based on your response to those Attributes, the Disclosure of Lobbying Activities – Standard Form - LLL must be downloaded from the “Attachments” section of the IonWave eBid System, reviewed, properly completed, and uploaded to this location.
Civic Duties An employee who is late for work as a result of duties as a volunteer fire fighter or licensed ambulance attendant or licensed rescue squad attendant, shall be granted use of annual leave and/or accrued compensatory leave to cover the period of lateness, provided that performance of said duties may be verified by the Employer.
Official Personnel File Only one (1) official personnel file shall be kept for each employee at the appropriate personnel office. Records of previous discipline not found in the official personnel file cannot be used against an employee in any future disciplinary proceeding. Grievances shall not be kept in the employee’s official personnel file. Employees shall be informed as to where their personnel file is maintained.
Jury or Witness Duty An employee who is not a party to the action and who is absent in compliance with a summons for jury duty or a subpoena requiring the employee to appear in court as a witness shall be excused with pay for the period during which the employee is absent on scheduled days because of such jury service or court appearance. When an employee is excused from jury or witness duty for part of a day or for an entire day, the employee shall report to his or her supervisor in person or by telephone for an assignment.
Union Officials 1. The Union will notify the Company in writing of the election, appointment, or removal of Union shop xxxxxxx(s). The District Lodge will notify the Company in writing of the Committee members at that location.
Disputes Not Related to Contract Services The Engineer shall be responsible for the settlement of all contractual and administrative issues arising out of any procurement made by the Engineer in support of the services authorized herein.
