Terms & Conditions of the Housing Agreement. The University agrees to provide the Resident use of the facilities in University Housing and dining halls during times classes and final exams are held, in accordance with the established University calendar. During recess periods (May 2, 2021 through May 8, 2021, August 8, 2021 through August 21, 2021, December 12, 2021 through January 8, 2022, March 12 through March 20, 2022) housing and dining services are not provided. Additionally, meals are not provided during the Thanksgiving break. Under special circumstances (determined by HFS) room accommodations may be provided during the break periods at an additional cost for Residents who do not reside in 12-month facilities.
